We will translate your letter (if necessary) and deliver it to any woman that you would like to write to even if she is with another marriage agency.

Here is how this service works:
To write a letter to the woman of your choice, you need to log on to her page and click “Send me a Letter” button. From there you will be taken to the page where you are supposed to type your letter to the woman. Please, follow the instructions on that page to have your letter forwarded to us.
When we receive your letter we print it out, translate into the lady’s native language (if required) and delivery it to the lady.

Delivery time and options:
Your letters are translated and mailed within 24 hours from the moment we receive them.

1. Standard letters are usually received in 2-3 business days but cannot be guaranteed to reach their final destination due to frequent theft of mail. We do keep track of the letter status, though, by calling the lady and making sure that she has received the letter. The cost of a standard letter forwarding is 4.00 Euro

2. Registered letters take the same amount of time to be received as standard letters but since they are sent by registered mail they cost more to deliver. Their advantage is that they are guaranteed to reach their destination as we get the delivery confirmation from the post office. The cost of a registered letter forwarding is 5.00 Euro

3. Hand-delivered letters are the best way to ensure that the lady receives your letter within the shortest possible term. These letters are handed over to the lady in person by the agency representative. Besides, the lady signs the hand-delivery certificate (please, click here to see the example) and puts the delivery date on it. The hand-delivery certificate is scanned and forwarded to you so you will be certain that the lady has received the letter and will see the date of the delivery. The cost of a hand-delivered letter forwarding is 8.00 Euro.

Our mail-forwarding is one of the best ways of sending mail quickly that we know of. UPS and FedEx have 2 day delivery but it will cost you from $45-75 for this!! The U.S. postal service has International Express mail but the cost is $18 to most countries and it takes 3-5 days.

Ladies also have an option to come to our office in person and pick up your letters themselves, if this is convenient for them.

You may also attach some photographs of yourself to your letter. They must be in “jpg” format no larger than 40 kb. To print them in Black and White costs 1.5 Euro each. To print them in Color costs 3 Euro each.

After the woman receives your letter she can send you a reply using the same procedure in reverse or she can write to your home address by regular post mail. Following this procedure it is possible to send a letter and receive a reply in as little as 3-5 days (if the lady replies promptly). Similar letter exchange done through regular mail will take a minimum of 30-40 days or more. If you decide that you would like to use this service now or in the future, you will need to open a mail-forwarding account with us. In order to do so, please, go to our credit card order form You can put any amount of money on your account with us, but we recommend that you start with a minimum of 25 Euro. Each time you send a letter to a woman or we forward her reply to you, the cost is automatically deducted from your account and the receipt is sent to your e-mail address. When account is low or empty, you can add any amount of money to it. If at any time you wish to close the account we will credit the remaining balance (if any) to you to be used for any of our other services. Most men find that this is well worth the cost especially if you consider the time savings and the poor mail service that most of the Ukrainian post offices have to offer.
